Authentic Brands Group将收购牛仔品牌Lee

全球品牌与娱乐平台Authentic Brands Group宣布与Kontoor Brands,Inc.达成收购协议，将收购牛仔品牌Lee。包括监管部门批准等流程，收购预计将于2026下半年完成。目前Lee年零售额约为15亿美元，其中近四成来自北美以外的地区。

近五年，Authentic Brands Group还收购了锐步、Champion、Hunter、Forever 21等多个时尚运动品牌。（ 周芳颖）
